Prof. Dr. Juan Carlos Colmenares Quintero (team leader) is the first International Mentor who will be supporting Prof. Dr. Fernando Colmenares in different tasks within the Engineering Research Institute (CR-IEC) at Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia.

Prof. Dr. Juan Carlos Colmenares has been collaborating with the UCC since his participation in the three versions that have been held of the International Congress of Biorefineries and Renewable Energies Supported in TIC-BERSTIC (link), the production of scientific articles (link) and participation in CELISE project (link).

Among the tasks proposed in the work plan to be carried out are strengthening the line of research of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, energy, water and the environment, continuing the exchange of knowledge through the participation of seminars and workshops.
