Opportunity to learn about the basics of catalysis, environmental protection, green chemistry, and renewable and sustainable energy sources in such a unique place, brought joy not only among children, but also among their parents and teachers.
This class studies sports-rowing at Primary School No. 397 in Warsaw, where the director is Alicja Baranowska. It should be emphasized that many outstanding athletes and Olympians graduated from this institution, such as: Agnieszka Kobus-Zawojska, Kajetan Broniewski, Kamila Skolimowska and Robert Sycz.
Among them there is a large group of people interested in science subjects for whom acquiring knowledge is extremely important.
The class teachers is Mrs. Agnieszka Bassa, who in addition to teaching Polish, also runs a dance group where she teaches children how to dance salsa and bachata.
During outings, students are often accompanied by Mrs. Ada, who, as a librarian, has created a place of rest and quiet for many students in the school library.
We believe that a visit to the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a meeting with outstanding scientists will encourage students to become interested in scientific work.
The show in the auditorium was led by Dr. Kuba Luboradzki from the IChFu-PAN… A show around the laboratories of the CatSEE group in the hands of Dr. Eng. Dariusz Łomot, M.A. Behdokht Hashemi (members of Colmenares’ team), and Prof. Colmenares.
