Our group very active participation:

Oral presentation by Dr. Dimitrios Giannakoudakis: Additive-free photo-assisted selective partial oxidation at ambient conditions by nanostructured materials”. (co-authors: Vaishakh Nair, Ayesha Khan, Eleni A. Deliyanni, Konstantinos Triantafyllidis and Juan Carlos Colmenares).

Poster Presentations:

  1. Dariusz Łomot, Dimitrios A. Giannakoudakis, Juan Carlos Colmenares: Design of a sono-photo reactor for oxidation of lignin-based molecules”.
  2. Dariusz Łomot, Swaraj Rashmi Pradhan, Juan Carlos Colmenares: A flow microreactor system and the way of the conducting photocatalytic processes using it”.
  3. Dimitrios A. Giannakoudakis, Dariusz Łomot, Juan Carlos Colmenares: Ultrasound assisted photocatalytic upgrade of biomass derived chemicals: Our first ΣoΦoReactor and its optimization”.
  4. Dimitrios A. Giannakoudakis, Vaishakh Nair, Ayesha Khan, Eleni A. Deliyanni, Konstantinos Triantafyllidis, Juan Carlos Colmenares: Valorization of bio-oriented furans: Selective additive-free photo-assisted heterogeneous catalytic oxidation at ambient conditions by Manganese oxide nano-rods”.
  5. S.R. Pradhan, V. Nair, J.C. Colmenares: Ultrasound assisted nanocatalyst deposition in photo microreactor for the photochemical valorization of biomass derived model compounds”.

Amazing recognition!!!: our poster (among 86 posters!!!) entitled Design of a sono-photo reactor for oxidation of lignin-based molecules” obtained the 3rd place given by the IPC-PAS Scientific Commission. Sincere congratulations to all co-authors!!! Specially for our good friend and hard working Dariusz!!!!

Our group CATALYSIS FOR SUSTAINABLE ENERGY PRODUCTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION”.
