After three years he moved to “Gabriela Mistral” primary school which they used to call “La Sabanita”. At that time Juan received his first diploma of school graduation from profesor Amparo with a distinction of “Excellent scores”. Among his genuine pursue of knowledge this little achievement spurred him to deepen science even further and finally led him to move to Poland thanks to a scholarship programme.
In Poland he got captivated by the professors and scientists at Warsaw University of Technology, their values and titles that comes with discipline and dedication to science. Passion to go after this way of life led him to work for professor George A. Olah (The Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry 1994) at the University of Southern California, USA. After 3 years of post-doc scientific internship Juan returned to Poland thanks to Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions programme.
