Dr. Jovana received her PhD in Chemical Sciences from the Faculty of Physical Chemistry at University of Belgrade in 2017.
Dr Jovana completed her postdoctoral research at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland in 2019 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Eng. Juan Carlos Colmenares.
She has been employed at the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences-National Institute of the Republic of Serbia, University of Belgrade at the Laboratory of Radiation Chemistry and Physics“Gamma”, since 2012.
Her current position is Senior Research Associate at the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences, Serbia in a Group for carbon based nanomaterials.
She authored 3 book chapters (Elsevier), 2 review papers, 16 scientific papers in top-notch journals. She is a Editor/Reviewer in top international journal Frontiers Metals and Alloys and a Guest Editor at MDPI Molecules (Special Issue: Materials’ Supports in Catalysis: Advantages, Synthesis and Applications).
